- Achieve profitability by negotiating & fixing chemical cargo (though the spot market / COA negotiation)
- Propose & implement changes to the way to increase and optimize overall result, including but not limited to spot / COA negotiations, cargo allocation and vessel scheduling.
- Lead precise & regular communication with different stakeholders (charterer, broker, related other parties internally and externally) for smooth operation.
- Record/update the database of the company and team.
- Diploma or degree in business, maritime / logistic or supply chain related studies
- Stable candidate, non-Job hopper
- 1 to 3 years operations or chartering experience in chemical or tanker preferred
- Detail and result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to work in a multi-cultural environment and a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and good attitude
- Singaporean or PR only
- Open to fresh Maritime NTU graduates but prefer experienced
