We are seeking a highly creative and proficient UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in co-designing innovative solutions with our client partner and addressing all aspects of integration and its impact on game flows. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that provide intuitive and enjoyable experiences, ensuring the seamless integration of our advanced tools within various gaming environments.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate & Co-design:

Ability to work side by side with co-Founders to design the company’s products
Work closely with client partners to understand their needs and co-design user interfaces and experiences that align with their goals and our mission.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate the designed experiences seamlessly into the gaming environments.
Develop & Optimize:

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
Develop user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user journeys, and user feedback.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continually refine and optimize the user experience.
Innovate & Advocate:

Autonomy to ideate and develop new ideas and approaches to UX design
Keep abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design and gaming industry standards.
Advocate for user needs and ensure that the final product meets user expectations and enhances their online gaming experience.

Requirements

A degree in Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Figma.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
