- Plan, coordinate and execute EH&S and ISO14064 audits (e.g internal audit and 3rd party audit) for organization & its Business Units/Divisions.
- Lead and maintain Company's Continuous Improvement Programmes. Responsible for offering technical expertise to company on statistics, tools and practices for enhancements.
- Lead team meetings, document action plans and enable timeline achievements.
- Assign as point of contact (POC) to liaise with Business Units/Divisions on EH&S and Sustainability related matters; meetings/events.
- Review and approve EH&S Management Systems and GHG documentation to align with Company's EH&S Management Systems, GHG and other requirements; like regulatory or customer requirements.
- Develop, implement and monitor of EH&S Management Systems and GHG requirements to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements.
- Assist in customer audits with Business Units/Divisions; including timely closure of action plans.
- Act as advisor to its Business Units/Divisions by providing guidance in ensuring EH&S Management Systems and GHG requirements are put in-placed.
- Support the company in identifying new, or changes to existing processes and systems to improve the overall effectiveness, efficiency and compliance of the EH&S management system and GHG requirements
- Work cross Business Units/ Business Areas on best practices and continuous improvement activities to align and harmonize with ST Engineering Group policies, procedures and processes.
- Track, monitor and report material factors goals/KPIs in consultation with management and stakeholders locally and globally.
- Other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer/Immediate Manager.
- 5 years of working experience in EH&S Management systems, ISO14001, ISO45001, and others certification schemes, ISO14064, ISO50001, ISO22301 will be added advantage, etc. Degree qualified in Engineering disciplines; preferred Environmental, Health and Safety or Sustainability related
- Sound knowledge of Singapore Standards, Code of Practices, or other equivalent
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on ones own initiative
- Logical thinking, analytical with problem solving skills
- Well-organized, attention to details, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- A registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Practice as a WSHO for min. 5 years
- Certified Audit Lead Assessor (preferred)
