Support and maintain organization’s computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.
Perform end user supports.
Install and maintain IT equipment and software.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required.

Job Specification

1-2 years of experience in desktop support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting.
Those who have strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware are welcome to apply.
Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting to resolve end users’ issues.
Ask questions to pinpoint problem.
Setup workstations for new employees.
New user account creation.
Setup and provide support for Microsoft Outlook on Users’ workstations.
Assist in IT report generation.
Purchase of IT equipment, including getting the quotations.
Maintain IT asset inventory documents.
