Our goal is to provide users with tailored, flexible, and efficient consumption journeys while empowering merchants to effectively sell goods at competitive prices, supported by stable services adaptable to various scenarios.Responsibilities:
1. Support operational and data analysis tasks related to Southeast Asian e-commerce, including e-commerce advertising, brand management, and other initiatives.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in analytical methods and a deep understanding of e-commerce performance metrics, to conduct insightful analysis and provide recommendations tailored to Southeast Asian e-commerce scenarios.
3. Support implementation of strategy and initiatives, including conducting seller interviews, campaigns from design, launch to tracking, and product design and improvement iterations.
4. Regularly review strategy effectiveness and swiftly implement improvements.
5. Collaborate with internal and external teams, e.g. Product development, sales, operations to drive implementationQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- A proactive and self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills, quick learning abilities, attention to detail, and logical reasoning. Demonstrates strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and resilience to stress.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools, with a preference for SQL proficiency. Demonstrated data-driven business analytical skills, comfortable in generating deep insights from quantitative & qualitative analysis.
- Proficiency in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and mind mapping tools.
- Availability for at least 4-5 days a week, with an internship period of at least 6 months.Preferred Qualifications
