- Serving as an internal organizational development consultant for various divisions within FIS’ sales organization.
- Improving sales performance by maintaining effective partnerships with sales leadership, determining performance gaps and identifying performance needs, designing and implementing strategies for performance improvement, and applying measurement methods for assessing effectiveness of these strategies.
- Researching, developing, and facilitating training programs in leadership and professional curriculums for employees and managers at all levels of the company.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
- Experience in complex B2B selling and/or account management
- An understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and key selling skills
- Significant expertise in facilitating adult learning and/or coaching
- In-depth formal assessment processes, consulting services and measurement practices
- Experience facilitating live and virtual sessions for both small and large groups
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Instructional design expertise
- Experience as an administrator or super-user on an LMS
- In depth-knowledge of psychological and behavioural assessment instruments, performance management processes and models, management coaching processes and adult learning theory
