Responsibilities:Plan and execute voyages in accordance with agreed schedules to meet contractual commitments.Prepare and issue Voyage Orders to respective vessels.Appoint port agencies and independent surveyors as necessary.Ensure vessel loading conditions comply with cargo and operational requirements.Monitor daily vessel performance, including fuel consumption, speed, and cargo conditions.Ensure timely issuance and accuracy of voyage documentation such as Bills of Lading, Letters of Indemnity, and shipping instructions.Identify and assess any claims related to demurrage, cargo quality, or vessel performance.Review and release surveyor reports and voyage documentation.Proactively contribute to optimizing loading and delivery schedules.Coordinate with ship owners/managers to minimize vessel downtime and maximize operational efficiency.Liaise with all relevant parties including buyers, vessel crews, port agents, bunker suppliers, and surveyors.Provide cross-functional support to internal departments as and when required.Requirements:Diploma in Maritime Studies, Business, Logistics, or an equivalent qualification.2-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end vessel operations; experience with tankers is preferred.Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced shipping environment.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
