Data & AI also provides equity exchange data from 43 countries and creates content on markets, companies and people to help users identify business opportunities and manage risk.Job SummaryThe position sits within the R&C Managed Services group, a team that offers screening and remediation services to our clients globally. We screen individuals and entities against Dow Jones Risk and Compliance content and/or Factiva negative news.The Delivery Manager, R&C Managed Services is an Entry Level Manager who prepares, executes and delivers screening and remediation projects to our clients and acts as a point of contact for Sales and our clients based in APAC, EMEA and AMER. You will work with project teams based in Europe and the US which requires you to collaborate with different parties across different time zones. This role requires a high level of ownership and independence, critical and creative thinking and excellent organizing and communication skills.You Will:Be a key representative of the R&C Managed Services team in dealings with clients, particularly strategic clients, working with partners in Sales and Product. Provide quotes and assist with contractual documents. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and arrange necessary actions/follow ups if needed.Liaise independently with the Automation and Reporting team of Dow Jones to develop learning about latest tools, adopt existing best practices or contribute to improving them, including solution design, development, validation and documentation practices.Design, develop and maintain optimized automation solutions that meet reporting or process improvement needs. Develop optimized scripts and visualizations that are fast and easy to comprehend.Manage a portfolio of solutions, work with multiple stakeholders and communicate progress and blockers with the project team and sponsors.Ensure that clients receive clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Dow Jones screening, reviewing and proofing process and its content across the regions; and that requests from clients and potential clients are dealt with effectively, consistently and timely. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and agreed timelines, as well as overseeing the entire screening life cycle of the projectTogether with the Manager, R&C Managed Services, work with Product for assessing product enhancements based on internal or client feedback. Review end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.Support R&C team with translation services as and when required.You HaveExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsHands-on experience working with very large datasets, including statistical analyses, data visualization (QuickSight, Data Studio, Tableau, Power Pivot or Power BI), dashboard building, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation.Min 1-2 years of experience in SQL and Python with applications for data analysis.Practical knowledge of common storage options including JSONExperience with conducting data collection and analysis using Excel and Google SheetsHandled projects independently along with managing client/sales relationshipsA strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing prioritiesAbility to work in a deadline oriented environmentAn openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversityPreferred1-3 years work experience.
