A leading multinational 3PL firm is looking for an experienced Department Manager, Warehouse to lead and manage the commercial activities and team here in Singapore.About the Role:
Your main responsibility as the Department Manager, Warehouse is to manage all commercial activities including building and maintaining the relationship with key clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Drives organizational alignment and commitment against Company vision, strategy and priorities
- Achieves financial objectives by supporting the preparation of an annual budget
- Encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
- Developing sales strategies and identifying business opportunities including organic growth with existing clients
- Develop and conduct training to improve team's capability
- Manage team's daily operational matters
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent with 5 years of managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Good leadership with experience in leading a team
- Strong business acumen, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
