- Research and identify potential clients who require contract staffing solutions
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies, understanding their hiring needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to tailor contract staffing solutions that meet clients’ specific requirements, presenting compelling proposals and value propositions.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements for contract staffing services, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently generating new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio within the contract staffing segment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management, offering insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the recruitment industry, with a focus on contract staffing services.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing recruitment processes and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Command fluency in spoken and written English, effortlessly navigating communication with a touch of finesse.
- Diploma/Degree and/or relevant work experience
- CEI certified
- Must be currently based in Singapore
- Good sales skills
