$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

Performs opening of front desk activities.
Receive members / guests at the counter.
Check the member's membership card and NRIC.
Receive / transfer calls and call back.
Take booking / reservation of sport facilities (for selected facilities only).
Process payments such as application / renewal of membership, courses and activities.
Make necessary announcement over the public announcement system.
Handle members' / guests' enquiries and feedback over the counter.

Requirements

NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
