It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesOptimize underwriting and customer/portfolio management policies through use of analytics and champion/challenger strategies. Support balance building activities such as top-ups, refinance, attrition management, etc. Ensure risk/return profile is optimized and within the Bank’s risk appetite.Support business banking product and credit programmes, including the review / estimation of risk parameters, risk policies, product pricing, product structure, regulatory requirements, and analytics support for the development and enhancements of programme parametersGenerate, analyse and monitor portfolio risk and capital reports, scorecard performance report and booking profile. Provide regular and ad-hoc credit risk analyses and advisory to business managers, senior management, regulators and other key stakeholdersGenerate regular and ad-hoc portfolio / CRM analytics and MIS. Work with the Analytics Support team to managing / enhance the BB analytics datamart and support relevant systems enhancementsRequirements5 years of experience in credit risk model development/validation, or similar analytic roles in a banking environment.Ability to communicate complex performance metrics in an easy-to-understand manner and tailoring them to different audiences.Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.Team player who can work well with cross functional teams in Group and regionally, good communication skills (verbal and written) and self-motivated.Strong computing skills: SAS - Programming, Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner; SQL and database familiarity; MS Office applications, including advanced spreadsheet functionalities.
