- Handle customer enquires channels via direct face-to-face interactions, hotline, WhatsApp, messages, emails and social media etc effectively.
- Disseminate customer enquiries to appropriate sales staff for follow-up.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution
- Arrange product collection, delivery appointment, refund, product exchange and follow up.
- Liaising with various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a fast and timely manner.
- Ability to liaise with customers over the customer enquires channels in a professional manner.
- Manage customers’ feedbacks or complaints efficiently in a timely manner.
- Possess excellent computer skills especially Google drives, Google sheets and internet.
- Possess excellent customer service handling skills with good attitude, positive mindset and a good team player.
- Willing to work in Retail hours: 2.30pm – 9pm
- Those with some customer service background will have an added advantage.
- Those without experience but with keen interest in handling customers and IT Savvy especially in Google Sheets, Google Drives are welcome to apply.
- Able to commence work within short notice.
