As an M&A Associate, you will play a role in the firm's corporate practice, focusing on international M&A deals, private equity investments, private capital transactions, and joint ventures across various markets and industries. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with leading partners renowned for their expertise in handling intricate transactions within the Asian market.Requirements:
- Degree in law (LLB) from a Singapore or reputable overseas university; called to the Singapore bar.
- Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in a top law firm
- Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, leading transactions, and general corporate law.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and independently in a multinational environment.
