- Perform pre-processing checks on transaction requests such as Time Deposits, Loans and Remittances from corporate clients.
- Follow up with customers for any document discrepancies or clarifications.
- Liaise with internal business partners to ensure applications are processed timely.
- 6 months, subject to renewal
- Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent with experience working in a banking or financial or customer service environment, but candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply
- Possess a strong service-oriented mindset and the ownership to deliver excellent and customer service consistently.
