
Client Experience Intern

- AI Implementation: Assist in testing and implementing the firm’s AI-related initiatives aimed at driving cutting-edge solutions for our customers and enhance internal productivity
- Automation & Chatbots: Learn to develop automations for customer service and communication, maintaining conversational chatbots to optimize client interactions
- Data Analysis: Clean and interpret conversation logs to extract insights, improving the efficiency of automated responses to clients
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively pinpoint recurring issues suitable for automation, enhancing customer self-service experiences
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g: Product Operations and Marketing) to align automation strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Penultimate year student working towards a Bachelor’s degree (open to all degrees).
- Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore
- Able to commit to a part-time (3 days or more) or full-time internship for a period of six (6) months
- Strong interest in using technology to enable customer service
- Professional written communication skills
