
People Business Partner

- Collaborate with global leaders across technology and business teams to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the organization
- Assess employee engagement and work closely with the Department Heads and managers on initiatives to foster a productive and efficient work environment.
- Drive HR programmes in areas of talent management, succession planning, retention, and other people initiatives
- Advise on organizational structures and change management processes as needed
- Serve as a bridge between the People & Talent team and departments on matters (e.g. promotions, internal mobility, and compensation conversations)
- Work cross-functionally within the People & Talent team, driving impactful initiatives and programs to align with Coda's people strategy
- Work closely with managers by providing coaching and advice on complex employee relations issues involving underperformance or policy violations
- Any other tasks as assigned
- 5+ years of relevant working experience in high-growth, multicultural companies
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels in a culturally diverse organization
- Excellent communication and social skills to interact and influence at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Empathy and the ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law across SEA regions, ideally for Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, and Malaysia
