- Understand & familiarize with the process, practices and ITSM platform related to Support Operations
- Ensure that all correspondence with customers is performed in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Responsible for updating technical documentations for configuration changes made for the Network Infra by any party.
- Responsible for opening and closing of support tickets when applicable and providing timely updates to relevant personnel and customer for support cases that has been allocated to you or team.
- Work closely with various team of engineers for troubleshooting.
- Understand the customer’s network structure and become familiar with the Customer’s network implementation and support processes and procedures to ensure supporting a network with proper SLAs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and network problems to fix any user related issues and work with principal vendors and customer to provide the resolution within the proposed timelines.
- 24/7 Monitoring of Customer Infra, action and provide remedy upon any fault noticed on monitoring tool.
- Perform the wireless testing across customer’s different locations and identifying or fixing if there are any performance issues or slowness in network for wireless users.
- Able to generate Network Bandwidth, utilization, traffic flow pattern reports.
- Having knowledge on Network diagrams preparation using Visio.
- Co-ordinate between his/her own Global Network Centre for any escalations or major issues and bridge between customer / senior resources / vendor / etc
- Minimum 1 Year experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge about Networking technologies are mandatory.
- Quick learner and Smart thinking capabilities to learn fast and deliver in smart way.
- Willing to work in 24/7 shift system with 12Hrs of working hours on-site per day with 4 days per week and 3 days off.
- Willing to work overtime as and when needed to support healthcare environment and users.
- Able to learn and carry network hardware equipment and able to rack and stack.
- Willing to invest time on trainings to upskills the knowledge for supporting client issues.
- CCNA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Willing to learn fast and complete the certification to meet skill requirement.
- Performing site surveys on daily basis and WiFi assessment across the campus and also between the sites for ensuring Network health is good.
- Able to use monitoring tools and monitor network as primary role and action accordingly.
- Good experience in documentation including Microsoft Excel, power point, and Visio.
- Role is opened to graduates (NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, Etc..) with above Requirements.
- Graduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Com Science, Etc..)
- People with 1-2 years of IT related working experience are preferred.
- Looking for candidates with a strong interest/passion to learn and grow in the technology space.
- Candidate should be customer oriented and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Should have Microsoft Office skills for documentation and reporting.
- Candidate should focus on IT certification related to work for improving his / her knowledge in industry.
