Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Service and Support Center Team (SSC) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. SSC is looking for a Product Operations Program Manager to drive effective product excellence.- Develop product solutions for Customer Service and Seller Support teams.
- Proactively identify product problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant impact.
- Understand problems, policies, and risks, with the ability to effectively translate them into solutions that improve processes and workflows across internal and external teams.
- Leverage rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create solutions for a rapidly changing environment.
- Effectively manage project and stakeholder meetings, drive discussions to conclusions, and keep programs on track.
- Plan, support and drive the succession of new implementations and launches in the region, include but not limited to QA, training and SOPs.Qualifications:Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid experience in customer service operations, program, or project management, preferably with experience in product program management.
- Experienced in working with cross functional stakeholders, tech and non-tech teams.
- Able to drive product enhancements in a fast paced environment.Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience in working with stakeholders across different geographic locations.
- Experience in the E-commerce marketplace platform or Customer Service is a plus.
