This role provides the intern with strong emphasis on streamlining operations and improving decision-making through transforming our legacy dashboards into a modern, data-driven interface that enhances operational efficiency.The selected intern will need to first spend time understanding operational data, work with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement user-friendly dashboards that provide actionable insights, streamline processes and support decision making.The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:
  • Design and develop modern dashboards providing intuitive visualizations and actionable insights.
  • Evaluate existing data sources and existing dashboards
  • Integrate and transform data from multiple sources and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data
  • Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements for dashboard improvements and identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Implement best practices and documentation (i.e. data transformation steps)
  • Monitor and maintain dashboards, perform regular update and troubleshooting as needed
About you:
  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
  • Proficiency in BI tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization frameworks
  • Understand ETL processes and experience in integrating data from multiple sources
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for dashboard design
  • Good in programming language (i.e. Python) and Microsoft Office (i.e. excel)
  • Possess strong analytical skill and able to work under tight timeline
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to reimagine the future of Cloud Operations
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
