You need to maintain a continuous gas supply for customers and adhere strictly to all safety standards, leveraging organizational capabilities to meet business objectives.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Take full ownership of all analyzers (hersch galvanic cell, zirconium, infra-red, gas chromatography, mass spectrometery, cavitiy-ringdown spectrometer), supporting systems, and associated equipment within the domain, performing in-house maintenance and overseeing vendor services.Manage the analyzer workshop, ensuring it's equipped with live analyzer and supporting systems for sustainable operations and maintenance.Manage critical and consumable parts inventory to support timely preventive and corrective maintenance.Contribute to equipment upgrade and improvement projects, participate in design reviews, and ensure adherence to Air Liquide design standards and best practices.Investigate equipment failures and recommend the most cost-effective repair and maintenance solutions.Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment reliability issues and propose effective corrective and preventive action plans.Ensure accurate and timely maintenance records are kept using CMMS systems.Develop in-house maintenance master plans, standard operating procedures, and overall maintenance strategies.Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability performance and overall work efficiencies.Provide technical support and advice to the operations team, including on-the-job training (OJT) to foster Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts, basic operational and calibration training, and develop comprehensive training plans for specialists, engineers, and technicians.Point of Hire / Work Location:Ang Mo Kio (Your role will be based at our Ang Mo Kio (AMK) office.
