This position offers the opportunity to directly influence student outcomes and enhance wellbeing while working within a coordinated support network aligned with university policies and standards.Job Responsibilities:Play instrumental role in supporting at-risk students in their academic journey and emotional wellbeingLead and coordinate Peer Teaching and Peer Coaching programmes - high‑performing students leader mentoring their peers and especially those struggling academicallyCollaborate with teaching staff to enhance learning through Peer Teaching ProgrammeChampion teaching and learning support for Special Educational Needs (SEN) studentsBe at the forefront of inclusive education and advocating SEN student’s learning needs with student-centric support network with the teaching staff and academic office for academic accommodationLead initiatives that empower students with SEN to succeed academicallyPlay a pivotal role in re-admission appeals process and help facilitate student smooth transition back into the programme to ensure successful completion of their studyCoordinate with academic and student care teams to review student re-admission appeal and the academic and support planProvide critical administrative support for student disciplinary matters in line with university policiesManage case records and prepare materials for the college inquiry committee and university disciplinary boardMonitor case progress and ensure student’s compliance and completion of their required sanctionsEnsure student continuity of careStrengthen the student care team’s effectiveness and being a good team player covering the team support services for student to benefit from the continual holistic care and supportJob Requirements:A Degree in any related disciplineAt least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution.
