We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintaining cordial relationship between Business units, Borrowers and Finance Parties as well as handling enquiries/requests
  • Support syndication / club deals where the Bank is acting in the capacity of Facility Agent &/or Security Agent
  • Ensure the monitoring of Financial Covenants and Project covenants are properly managed and complied
  • Processing day to day transaction of syndication loan administration (i.e. drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment, prepayment, fee calculation, and proper document lodgment of documents)
  • Coordinate instructions from Syndicate Legal Counsel to the Finance Parties on the disbursement of Syndication Loans
  • Monitoring and ensuring Project Accounts transactions are done in adherence of the Housing Developers (Project Account) Rules (HDPAR)
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in related discipline
  • At least 1 year's experience in banking industry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong analytical skill
