- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process optimization.
- Proficiency in finance tools (Excel, accounting software) and familiarity with automation technologies.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration across teams.
