[What the role is] You will be part of EnterpriseSG’s Finance, Procurement and Administration team (FPA) responsible for managing the fiscal sustainability, driving value-for-money in purchases, and ensuring a safe and conducive work environment.FPA is seeking a Finance Assistant Business Partner to support the Division in its transformation initiatives through automation, process optimization, and digital finance tools. This role presents an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about implementing technology-driven solutions in a government setting. FPA plays a crucial role in managing the agency's financial operations, procurement activities, and administrative functions while ensuring robust governance and controls and regulatory compliance to support the agency's strategic objectives.[What you will be working on]
  • Finance Process Optimization – Assist in identifying and implementing automation solutions to improve financial workflows.
  • Technology Integration – Support the use of finance technology tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Power Automate, UiPath) for reporting and analysis.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting – Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with finance, IT, and business teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
[What we are looking for]
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process optimization.
  • Proficiency in finance tools (Excel, accounting software) and familiarity with automation technologies.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
