- Developing various cell assays to investigate GPCR signaling.
- Performing molecular biology experiments to study the GPCR interactome.
- Assisting with the maintenance of lab biosafety.QualificationsQualifications / Discipline:
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in molecular and cell biology experiments is required.Skills:
- Candidates should have experience with a range of techniques, including mammalian cell culture, stable cell line construction, western blot, quantitative PCR, and confocal microscopy.
- Experience with chemoproteomics would be considered a strong advantage.Experience:
- Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a biology lab and the ability to independently conduct routine molecular and cell biology experiments.
