Functional Business Analyst (Agile)

• Elicit, scope and manage business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering and analyse requirements for ICT projects.
• Elaborate user story with storyboard, story map, wireframes, business process flow and acceptance criteria.
• Design new software applications by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities and writing specifications.
• Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarize information and trends.
• Identify and highlight technical and non-technical project risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Manage operations of ICT projects including Government procurement process.
• Manage suppliers (in accordance to contractual obligations) to meet stipulated service levels within scope and schedule, and perform variation and technology refresh (when necessary).
• Ensure ICT projects' compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) and contractual requirements.

• Singaporean only
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analytics/project management
• Working knowledge/experience in one of the following: Agile Scrum, Design Thinking, Cloud, Data Analytics
• Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner will be an added advantage
