- Position Title: Warehouse/Delivery Assistant
- Working Location: West - Tuas (Company transport provided at Tues West MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 7.30am - 4.45pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Rotational of duties like delivery assistant or labelling assistant
- Safely prepare packing materials; efficiently pack, unpack, and relocate goods to prevent any damage.
- Organize shipments for both incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse.
- Accurately receive inbound cargo, sorting and storing received merchandise as directed by the Warehouse Management System (WMS) work orders.
- Handle warehouse stock by receiving, picking, unloading, labelling, and storing products.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain high quality standards for audit purposes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and maximize space efficiency.
- Report any inconsistencies or discrepancies found during operations.
- Adhere to quality service standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while handling merchandise and using distribution center equipment and vehicles.
- Carry out additional logistics operations tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in related field
- Training is provided to inexperience candidate
- Familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system is a plus
- Have equipment maintenance and record-keeping knowledge is an advantage
- Able to handle physical work and manual carton lifting (up to 15 kg) as well as stand for long period of time
- Able to commit OT due to delay of deliveries
