The Executive/ Senior Executive will support the daily HR operations of Colleges/ Schools/ Research Centers/ Departments and is responsible for areas related to contract management and termination processes within the stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Executive / Senior Executive will also serve as a Data Steward to ensure regular review on accuracy of HR data.Service DeliveryCoordinate and manage the employees’ contract renewal/ re-employment and other HR processes including but not limited to job changes, transfer, upgrade of appointment. This includes handling of the following tasks:Coordinate and manage contract management across business unitsProcess contract renewal/re-employment and other HR processes, ensuring information are updated accurately in the HR Information SystemPrepare the contract renewal/re-employment and other HR related letters, and ensure issuance and acceptance by employees on a timely mannerEnsure proper documentation are uploaded into the HR Information SystemFacilitate and manage the exit management process, which includes the following tasks:Process cessation letters and ensure information are updated accurately in the HR Information SystemEnsure issuance and acknowledgment of cessation letters are accepted by employees on a timely mannerTrack the return of cessation forms and other assets before employees’ last day of serviceEnsure proper documentation are uploaded into the HR Information systemProcess One-Time Payment transactions in HR Information systemNotify Payroll to process the final paymentsMaintain data accuracy and integrity across internal systems by identifying and correcting data discrepancies.Update, validate, and cleanse datasetsPerform routine checks to ensure data consistency and completeness in accordance with established data quality standardsCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to verify and resolve data issues, ensuring timely updatesEscalate unresolved data anomalies to senior staff for further investigation and resolutionService ExcellenceStrive to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) for HR services delivered by the HR Shared Services team, ensuring that customer needs and expectations are metWork with HR team lead to contribute ideas and feedback in streamlining HR processes on areas of process improvements and standardizations.OthersUndertake initiatives/projects across HR Shared Services teamReview SOP and improve the processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessRequirementsDiploma in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 4 years of experience, ORDegree in Business administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline with 2 years of experienceGood understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislationAble to handle high volume of transactional worksMeticulous and resourceful fast learnerAbility to prioritize and work under pressure given tight timelinesProficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel) and Proficient in WorkDay is an advantageExcellent communication, planning, organisation, interpersonal skills and able to work independentlyPositive attitude with a service-oriented mind-setWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
