$4500+ AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

Responsible for supporting the Sales and Account Team on generating backend administrative
Liaise with the respective teams to complete the Budgetary Quotation, and following up on Awarded Contract and Variation Orders for the team
To provide assistance to the Sales and Account Team to follow-up and complete tasks in the Tender Bidding Process
Accountable for ensuring completion and quality of BQs and VOs or equivalent in conjunction with the respective teams
To understand the necessary technology/solutions and relate to Customer's Requirements and Use-case at a High-level perspective
To be able to collaborate and work closely with the Sales and Account team in team effort engagements
Prepare reports as required by management
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (ie; Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
