- Manage projects from initiation to completion, including assisting in partner liaison, planning, budgeting, timeline management, marketing collateral creation, supplier coordination, resource allocation, and digital integration
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to produce quality deliverables within strict production budgets and deadlines
- Provide retail logistical support with the management of the inventory of point-of-sale merchandise and branded merchandise for use at offline events and/or retail spaces
- Execute setup of online campaigns hosted on the ShopBack platform and ensure accuracy and timeliness of setup
- Assist with campaign/partnership post-mortem analysis and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and execute quality briefs to produce effective online and offline marketing materials
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time role
- Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management across various teams
- Strong sense of accountability for deadlines and quality of deliverables
- Attention to detail, organized, and possess good work ethics
- Analytical thinking, and the ability to problem-solve with quick thinking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Keen to learn with a can-do attitude
- Prior experience in event planning, coordination, and management would be an asset
