- Liase with internal stakeholder to understand their business needs and source for technological solutions to meet the needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, recommend, and implement system upgrades or replacements to optimize banking operations
- Pre-empt and escalate any risks/ issues to management committee in a timely manner
- Provide tactical solution to business in case of tight timelines and collaborate with different stake holders to provide strategic solutions
- Project manager on the different topics allocated, manage end-to-end project on scoping, execution, testing and production.
- Liaising and coordinating with vendors regularly and ensuring quality controls for the deliverables are met
- Assist with user reported first level software and hardware issues
- Preparing project documentation conforming to standards and procedures
- Proven relevant experience in the banking industry
- Build a strong project culture on reporting, stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of core banking products and banking operations (preferred experience in loan products within the banking sector)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
