Conduct research, data mining and analyse fundraising trends to communicate effectively with new and current donors.
Conceptualise and implement creative fund-raising campaigns/events/proposals.
Update donors through reports and collaterals (e.g. evidence of impact, articles, mailers).
Connect and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders to promote the giving spirit.
Work closely with Volunteer Management & Corporate Communication functions to engage stakeholders.
Handle donation administration and reception service through mentorship of department's administrative personnel.
Undertake any other duties as directed by the said reporting officer.

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or related field
Minimum 3 years of fundraising/business development experience
Independent, organised, creative, meticulous with good problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills and able to work under pressure.
Energetic, self-motivated to work with people from diverse groups. Knowledge of dialects and translation is a plus.
IT savvy, proficient in MS Office, CRM and social media
