Business Development Manager (Logistics)

• Work location: Changi South
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6.15pm
• Up to $8,000

• Serve as the primary contact for the client, building relationship with stakeholders that are in charge of the various logistics functions of the client
• Serve as an internal consultant and coordinator, facilitating the exchange of client knowledge among internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the client on all business-related matters, including new business opportunities, commercial issues, agreement scope, process improvements, and ongoing service performance.
• Address complex logistics inquiries, developing innovative solutions in collaboration with specialist departments internally.
• Participate in pre-RFQ processes, negotiations, presentations and post-RFQ reviews.
• Organize and lead monthly operational reviews, quarterly business reviews, and project workshops with the client.

• Relevant business development or key account management experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is required
• Experience in handling portfolio for the Fashion, Retail or Consumer Retail industry would be advantageous
