- Develop and maintain technical documentation and onboarding guides that support both customers and developers.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback reviews to shape product direction and strategy.
- Define and prioritize product features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive the full product development lifecycle.
- Monitor, track, and report on the progress of ongoing product initiatives.
- Align internal stakeholders around a clear product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Prepare the product for scalability across global markets, addressing localization and deployment considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (technical/software products) with an engineering background - ideally in software or robotics
- Hands-on technical experience (e.g., software development, robotics integration, or industrial automation) strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer use cases into actionable technical requirements.
- Proven success to manage full product lifecycle , from discovery and validation to delivery and iteration.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and robotic system architecture.
- Experience working with industrial automation systems, sensors, or hardware integration is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for aligning teams and writing clear documentation.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex technical and user needs into structured, actionable product features.
