Polytechnic Diploma qualification (Administrative support) is preferred. Applicants with GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or Higher Nitec qualifications with relevant experiences would also be considered.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
Able to work independently with customer service mindset

Job DescriptionTo provide administrative support, library and information services to Institute staff and students.The duties and responsibilities consist of:· Performing counter services such as loans, reservation and handling of patron’s enquiries/requests· Shelving of returned items and shelf-reading of existing library materials – Maintaining the order and tidiness of the library e.g. roving duty· Processing of library materials such as call no. labelling, weeding of library materials, etc· Providing logistical support for events such as setting up projector, arranging tables and chairs· Taking up other duties assigned such as design simple posters using PowerPoint, Canva – for library notices and promotion of library events· Opening/closing of the libraryEA License No.: 96C4864Reg No.: R1106928 TOH LAY HOON
