We are looking for a suitable candidate to help us manage our online stores in local marketplace platforms.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Online Store Associate to join our team on a 5–6 months contract basis. The role involves managing our Shopee and Lazada online stores, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting ongoing e-commerce projects.Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Includes 1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily order fulfilment and packing of items.
Manage product listings, updates, and promotions on Shopee & Lazada.
Create simple online banner ads (basic knowledge of image editing tools/software required).
Organize, arrange, and keep track of stock whenever shipments arrive.
Provide support in checking and managing other online projects as assigned.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the business.

Requirements:

Familiar with Shopee and Lazada seller platforms would be good though not necessary since its easy to manage
Basic skills in image editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to take on different tasks when needed.
