You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing a co-working space.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing onesUnderstand the potential client’s requirements and recommend suitable workspaces and conduct viewingsCreate engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our co-working spaceAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our various marketing platformsCollaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotional activities and eventsFacilitate the on/off-boarding process for clientsAssist in day-to-day operations and inquiries to ensure the smooth operations of the co-working spacePerform any other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Media & Communications, Hospitality and Event Management, or any other related disciplinesProficient in Microsoft Office and CanvaGood interpersonal skills and approachableDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and willingness to learn and assist in creating a collaborative communityFamiliar with social media platforms and content creation toolsClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
