College Intern - Quality EngineeringDescription -What a College Intern - Quality Engineering does at HP:

Learn and apply basic quality assurance principles and inspection methods.
Assist in integrating quality requirements into product design and manufacturing processes.
Support the development of test strategies and participate in test execution and documentation.
Help track and report quality metrics, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities under supervision.
Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on quality improvements and process enhancements.
Collect and organize data from testing and production to identify trends and support decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on assigned tasks and projects.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Able to commit for a full time internship for 5-6 months, starting in January 2026.
Strong interest in quality assurance, product development, or manufacturing.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and data analysis.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment.
Exposure to quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), root cause analysis, or process improvement.
Knowledge of basic testing or inspection tools.
Interest in automation or data visualization tools.
