[What the role is] [What the role is]The candidate will contribute towards optimisation of the MySkillsFuture portal, a one-stop portal for Singaporeans to plan their lifelong learning journey, through data-driven insights and tech stack review.[What you will be working on][What you will be working on]The candidate will be required to perform the following key tasks and any other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor(s):Conduct in-depth analysis of user patterns, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvementPartner with development team to review front-end and back-end tech stack to ensure portal performance optimisationPropose recommendations for website feature and product enhancements, supported by UX assessment and user research/ testingDesign prototypes and iterate ideas for UI design (wireframes, mock-ups)Work closely across teams with internal and external project managers[What we are looking for][What we are looking for]Has at least 3 years of experience in business analysis, UX/UI design, and/or website development workProficient in analysing qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making and discover actionable insightsHas experience managing a product in cross-functional agile teams, working with internal and external stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable improvementsUnderstands programming languages, and frontend frameworks and libraries to conduct website code reviewAble to apply appropriate human-centric tools and techniques to test and improve the product over timeMotivated to constantly experiment with ideas for improvement while managing risks and mitigating the impact of changeA team player who has an eye for detail and works well under pressureKnowledge of the following tools are a plusWeb analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, SQL for data queryingUI design tools such as FigmaArtificial intelligence tools for predictive modellingSuccessful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.Candidates are encouraged to sign up for a Careers & Skills Passport (CSP) account and include your CSP public profile in your resume.
