Then help us create lasting, positive impact!The Advisor, Financial Advisory Southeast Asia, will be the key source for driving Sales Financing support, financial risk management and development of new business models, meeting changing opportunities and business potential of Siemens Business Units in Southeast Asia. Displaying a highly entrepreneurial approach in the provision of financial services and facilitating new strategic opportunities.You'll make an impact:
  • Lead Pre-Financing Advisory: Provide comprehensive finance advisory services, identifying and developing new financing opportunities, and supporting new business models across Southeast Asia.
  • Manage Post-Financing Operations: Deliver expert financial risk management support, coordinate the implementation of financing programs, and ensure operational efficiency for existing initiatives.
  • Strengthen Regional Finance Presence: Act as a key financing point of contact, driving value creation through innovative solutions and expanding Finance Advisory's footprint in Southeast Asia.
  • Coordinate Financing Programs: Oversee the successful implementation of regional financing initiatives, including data reconciliation and customer onboarding to financier platforms.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Champion and support special projects and digitalization efforts aimed at improving the efficiency of all financing programs.
  • Review Credit Policies: Contribute to the review and refinement of credit policies for relevant businesses as part of implementing and optimizing financing programs.
Your Defining Qualities:
  • Advanced Financial Expertise: You have a Bachelor's degree or similar in business administration, finance, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in finance within an international company or financial institution.
  • Comprehensive Financing Knowledge: Possess deep knowledge of various financing products and instruments, including project/structured debt, equity, credit insurance, and supply chain financing.
  • Strong Business Acumen: You understand the projects, products, and solutions within Siemens' markets, including key players, market dynamics, and sales processes.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinker: You have strong analytical and strategic skills, capable of driving results in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and changing environments.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation: You can effectively communicate and negotiate with a wide variety of internal and external partners at a management level.
  • Southeast Asia Market Expertise: You bring proven knowledge of the Southeast Asia region and its unique financing specifics.
