- Supporting the planning and execution of business transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.
- Assisting in mapping current processes and identifying areas for improvement through data collection and analysis.
- Preparing project user stories and test scripts/plans as required.
- Preparing data training and testing sets where needed.
- Collaborating with project teams to support change management activities, including communication plans and training materials.
- Helping track progress of transformation projects by maintaining project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
- Participating in workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder feedback and support solution design.
- Assisting in preparing presentations and reports to communicate transformation milestones and outcomes to internal teams.
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and smooth adoption of transformation initiatives.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Possesses good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eager to learn about business transformation methodologies and project management principles.
- Practical experience in supporting business transformation initiatives.
- Skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and testing.
- Insights into change management principles and communication strategies.
- Exposure to project management methodologies and tools.
- An understanding of the importance of cross-functional collaboration in driving successful transformations.
