- Coordinating all elements for a seamless experience, from technology setup for online classes to venue logistics for in-person events, ensuring every detail is addressed for participant engagement.
- Effective coordination with ongoing communication with faculty, trainers, and external partners to align on schedules and resource needs, facilitating collaboration and minimizing conflicts throughout the process.
- Providing support during classes involves managing logistical needs, troubleshooting issues, and fostering an interactive learning environment, ensuring both trainers and students feel supported throughout the session.
- Ensuring logistics setup in preparing the learning environment, all necessary materials and technology are ready for use, and conducting checks to create a smooth and effective learning experience for participants.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside Zoom, for effective document creation, data analysis, and seamless online communication, enhancing overall productivity and collaboration.
- Being able to work independently demonstrates self-motivation and the capacity to manage time effectively, allowing for the completion of tasks without constant supervision.
- Successful applicants must commit to at least a 3-month internship during the period from September 2025 to July 2026
