- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring satisfaction for visitors and staff.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and redirect them to the appropriate staff members.
- Address all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, whether in person, over the phone, or via email
- Manage the receipt and distribution of both local and overseas packages, as well as postage mail.
- Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, including evacuations, and liaise with emergency services as needed
- GCE ‘O’ levels and above
- 1 -2 years of relevant experience
- Great interpersonal skill and customer oriented will have added advantageous
