We offer a range of services including acupuncture, cupping, tuina treatment massage for adults, and paediatric tuina, along with herbal medication.Job Description
  • Coordinate Chinese Medicine Continuing Professional Education (CPE) events, ensuring seamless organization and execution.
  • Support outreach efforts for Chinese Medicine clinic and public courses, fostering community engagement and awareness.
  • Manage enrichment programmes, overseas internships, and exchange programs during term breaks, facilitating opportunities for students' experiential learning.
  • Coordinate faculty development programs and workshops focused on pedagogy, assessment strategies, and technology-enhanced teaching methods to enhance faculty effectiveness.
  • Facilitate student orientation sessions, workshops, and academic support programs to promote student success and active engagement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to STRE requirements and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist lecturers and adjunct lecturers in leveraging educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS) to facilitate course delivery, communication, and collaboration.
  • Coordination of logistics for both internal and external resources.
  • Oversee scheduling of timetables for both the double-degree programme and single-degree program, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring programme efficiency.
  • Provide academic support and resources to students, including organizing study skills workshops and facilitating access to supplementary learning materials.
  • Undertake administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the unit.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Chinese Medicine or Chinese language or related healthcare fields.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in student administration, preferably in a higher education. Candidates without direct experience but possess a proactive "can-do" attitude will also be considered.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make well-informed decisions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration and engagement.
  • Self-driven and motivated, with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • A team player with the ability to contribute positively to team dynamics and collective goals.
