The Mission of OMS team is to support the business team to introduce and roll out D2C eCommerce across ASEAN and ANZ by following IT guidelines and ensuring compliance with standards are adopted.As a IT Intern in Finance & Supply Chain, you will

Support and manage Order Management System (OMS). Work closely with OMS partner (Project Manager, delivery team & support team).
Manage and update the knowledge data base and training materials; content development
Maintain and coordinate communications with relevant internal/external teams
Assist in daily tasks and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
Background in Computer Science or Information Systems
Good communication and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
Proficient in Confluence and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Keen interest in E-Commerce
Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
