ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (EH&S Asia Services) ($16,500-$20,000/AWS/VB)

• Manages a dispersed team of country and regional EHS Managers across Asia.
• Advocates the importance of EHS in the organization and actively supports the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EHS goals and plans.
• Collaborates with service operations to integrate EHS performance into branch operations.
• Leads continuous improvement in EHS while ensuring comprehensive operational compliance.
• Leads the EHS program to achieve and maintain compliance with current and future legal, regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Participates in management review meetings to present EHS performance, discuss upcoming EHS actions to improve functional performance, and proactively identify and address EHS issues which may affect operations or may provide strategic advantage to the business.
• Collaborates with other EHS professionals to establish or adopt best practices relevant to the industry.
• Drives all EHS regulatory reporting requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Advanced EHS related degree and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in multiple software applications including, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other industry related software (SDS, Injury Management, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
