It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Review terms of Letter of Consent, contracts, documents to ensure deal can be self-liquidated.Perform price check, vessel check, mark-to-market of collaterals & FX currencies andWork within bank limits, counterparty limits & debtor limits.Monitor vessel routes, vessel arrival and to serve notice to disport agent where necessary.Follow-up with customers to secure and ensure timeliness of receipt of sales proceedsReview matchlists and discrepancies.Adhere to bank’s policies, guidelines, regulatory & AML/CFT proceduresEnsure timely and accurate delivery in accordance to Service Level AgreementAssist Team Leads in any administrative tasksJob RequirementAt least 1 to 3 years of Trade Operations/ Middle Office background. Familiar with banking regulations and AML/CFT policies.Sound knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URC URR, ISP, URDG, MAS/ABS Guidelines and experience in all areas of international tradeTrade product knowledgeProficient in excel & macro, tech savvyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMeticulous and strong follow-up skillsAble to work independently and strong teamworkBilingual preferredInquisitive & positive learning attitudeAdditional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
