- Defining and communicating individual and team metrics
- Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles
- Maintaining strong Stakeholder and Senior Management relationships
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated success in both a recruitment coordination capacity as well as team leadership experience
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Computer literacy, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and numeric capability
- Language requirements: Fluency in English
