- Manage, plan and co-ordinate A&A meetings and events taking place in Singapore including but not limited to bi-weekly connect session, annual A&A Week, annual team events, ad-hoc visits from VPs/ SVP.
- Co-ordinate and arrange 1:1 meetings between the VPs, AADs and ADs and their direct reports and other staff.
- Support the A&A team on administrative matters for e.g. room bookings, T&E issues, access pass requests, stationery, reminder to team on upcoming tasks e.g. CAPA ECs.
- Assist team to book flights/ hotels or liaise with travel agency/ hotels/ local transport/ CIBT on travel needs for team where required. Provide research options to team on complicated/ last minute travel plans or changes.
- Main person in charge of raising POs for purchase needs and vendors.
- Main liaison with other supporting departments e.g. REF, Tech, HR, Finance where required.
- Assist in new joiner onboarding and leaver support.
- Maintain Teams channels and workplace accounts relevant to A&A Asia team. Ensure distribution lists in Teams, workplace, group emails are updated.
- Liaise and coordinate with A&A teams based in UK and US where required.
- Contribute and assist in ad-hoc projects needs where required.
- Willingness to work flexibly and to go beyond to provide support to the team.
- Excellent collaborator with strong relationships across the EA and Team Administrator community.

- Good GCE O or A level
- Private Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
- 5-10 years in Team Administrator position or similar
- Knowledge in MS office, softwares e.g., Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good administration skills
- Competent in learning new IT tools
- Proactive
- Good team player and able to work well and relate to all levels of people
- Eye for detail and good communication & organizational skills
- High integrity for confidentiality
