College Intern - Application DevelopmentDescription -What a College Intern – Application Development does at HP:
  • Work with Systems Engineering team in an Ink Manufacturing Environment.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders for operational efficiency projects.
  • Implement new control manufacturing strategies and innovations.
  • Develop and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications in manufacturing environments.
  • Work on IoT and Smart Manufacturing projects on-site.
  • Work on Application Interface projects following ISA 95, ISA 88 standards.
  • Identify Opportunities in line for process automation and Digitization.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
  • Currently Pursuing a degree or master’s in electrical, Computers Science/IT Engineering.
  • Able to commit for 5-6 full-time months internship, starting in May 2026.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Use software applications design tools and languages such as Python, SQL, VB, and C#.
  • Utilize Software applications testing methodologies, perform tests and debugging.
  • Passionate in performing hands-on projects in manufacturing site and work as individual contributor.
  • Keen to work in Digital transformation, Industry 4.0 Projects.
